I stay in dubai and I bought a galaxy ace for someone in india as a gift. Now I have installed watsapp although but since I am in dubai and the person who is gonna use is in india how do I synchronise his fone number with this fone... please help

It is really simple. Ask other person to connect the phone with internet via wifi/2g/3g and download whatsapp. Once he/she has set up whatsapp and if that person's contact number is in your mobile you can see him/her on whatsapp contact list and you can send a message/image or short video as well
