Root Please help me..

I trying to root my cellphone (LG-C800) by soft Unlockroot V3.2.1 and a notice require reboot my cellphone and I accept. Then i open icon "Supperuser" but it require update!
two choose for my: TWRP/.. or normal
i chose TWRP ( my cellphone not installed TWRP and CWM)
Final my cellphone reboot and cant restart:
error dislay on cellphone:

E: can't find misc
E: cant find misc
Finding update package
Opening update package
Verifying update package
Installing update...
E: Error in /cache/recovery/update.zip
Status 255
Installation aborted.
Factory Reset Fail
Restart Factory Reset.

and this repeat again...again......again... and i cant restart my phone!

Can you help me fix it ?

i only root my cellphone before update android to 4.04 follow: http://androidforums.com/mytouch-q-...working-cwm-recovery-nandroid-everything.html

i root by soft "unlockroot pro V3.2.1" and then used "superuser" but it require update, TWRP or normal, i chose TWRP (but my cellphone not install TWRP or CWM).
my cell phone reboot in to recovery mode and error....
cant be use "hard reset"

yes, i have rooted and now

Did you backup your stock recovery?
Do you still have your stock recovery installed?

i press "volum up + E + power "...
