Please help! Message Notification App?

Can anyone tell me what widget displays the message count and call count in the middle of this image?

It looks like Minimalistic Text Widget, but I'm not 100% sure on that.

If it is, can someone walk me through how to set that up. When i go to custom all i see are the 5 or 6 basic things (Battery, weather, time, etc...) Nothing that has to do with messages or Phone calls

Go Launcher has a notification app that gives you number of missed calls, sms and gmail.

I can't seem to get Minimalistic Text widget to do this either.

This would work however i downloaded it on my phone and when i went to open it, i was informed that it can not run on my phone... -.-
