Root please help my glaxy mini not start nothing happen on screen

Hi friends i m using glaxy mini and now i m facing some problem my phone does not start , i did something with rom manager but dont know what i did then phone turn off and now its not starting and not come into downloading mode. please help what i can do

I have also the same problem but odin detects the phone wheather no light on the screen and now i m trying to flash back the firmware but odin stuck on the setup Connection

any help will be highly appreciated,........
