Please help pick AT&T phone with LTE

Would like to get an AT&T phone with LTE under $200. I don't mind buying used.

Can I get a few suggestions please?

The Moto G 4G LTE model is carrier unlocked from Motorola and will work with Straight Talk and other GSM carriers. I believe it's $219 new if you can go a little over $200.

Price is now to $199 on amazon, but rather than use straight talk with difficult customer service, you should head over to Cricket. You can buy the moto g/lte for $149 and it has at& t lte network access. They just increased the data on their plans, so you get more data for same or less than straight talk using auto pay.

The ZTE Unico LTE is for Straight Talk on AT&T, is under $200 at Walmart. I have one, it's a decent phone for the money and it, along with the ZTE Majesty (for Straight Talk on Verizon) are the two best spec'd phone I've used since I began to use Androids.
