have you attempted to root and had a problem? or can you not find instructions?

If you're running the OTA version of 4.1.2, You might try the Razr Blade root utility demonstrated in the video link below. Then I'd get some safestrap....

This is the method I used and it was SUPER easy, took less then 10 minutes! The one piece of advise I wld share is if u have set anything up at all on smart actions, u will need to either clear all the data in it, or uninstall and reinstall it, as this method needs a fresh untouched version of smart actions!

I have to second that.. the utility failed for me the first time, but then after clearing data in smart actions, the root went through just fine.
