My exhibit 2 decides to randomly turn the sound way down at random. I can be listening to music or playing a game and the sounds will go very low. When I turn it all the way up it's still very low. That's even after going into the sound settings and sliding the bars around for each things such as the notification/ringer/media/system etc.
Sometimes the phone will completely turn off all sound. When I go into the sound settings like I said above I can not get any sound to come out when moving the sliders. Moving them does nothing and having them all the way up there is still no sound. This is really annoying and it seems to just happen at random so I don't know what is causing it. I'm thinking maybe an app takes over the sound or something, but I would have no idea which one it would be. Please help. Thanks
