Help Please help. Texting problem

I can't send picture text messages or mms's on my phone. I've had this phone for about a week now and no matter how hard I try it still won't work. I've tried turning it off and on and turning the wifi on and off and it still doesn't work.

I've tried turning off auto-retrieve and it still doesn't work

I have Virgin Mobile unlimited plan unlimited talk, text, and data

As of right now you have 3 options and they are

1)##VIRGIN# make sure your other number is right after your phone number otherwise problems will ensue especially data wise

2)Go to the market download hidden menus open testing phone info and make sure it says CDMA(PRL).Anything else besides this problems will ensue

3)Call VM for a replacemnt given under warranty as this is a hardware malfunction
