After I formatted my data through twrp, and then restored a backup, I cannot boot into system. I can only boot into twrp. Should I flash stock with mi flash? What should I do?

Was the backup originally created with this version of TWRP? Where was it saved? I'm thinking it might have become corrupted.

Yes. The backup didn't work so I tried using Mi Flash. That didn't work as well.
