Please Help: which phone would you choose?

Okay, I will be adding a voice only plan to my SMB account. It's going to be $25/month 3-year plan. It's for my sister-in-law that is going to ESL classes. Her english is not good, recently landed and no job opportunities yet. So can't afford even a prepaid phone. Trying to help an extended family member out...

The choices I have are:

Galaxy Ace II X
Galaxy Ace Q
HTC One V
HTC One S
Nokia Lumia 610
BB Curve 9320

These are all 'free' with term contract.

Just need something that will work mainly as a phone first and foremost and provide no real language barrier to figure things out. No data usage. Maybe a bit of texting (as her english improves).

Leaning towards the Ace II X, but wanted other opinions. Yeah, I know, posting in an android forum is already 'biased' as it is.

I'd go with the HTC one V. Pretty nice device and HTC makes good phones.
I had an Inspire ebfore I got another device and love HTC phones as well as Samsung.
