Please help with controlling music via inline mic button

I got the radio Tuna app and I'm trying to stop and play music with my inline mic button like I do with my regular stock music player app, but everytime I press the button my stock music player app responds and starts up. Is there any way for me to set my inline mic so that it can control the Tuna internet radio player app too?

Anyone? It's sooo annoying. Every time I click the inline mic button I can usually stop the song on Radio Tuna app (or any other music player app that I use), but then the stock pre-installed Music Player app kicks in and responds, so when I press the inline mic button again to resume playing the song on the internet radio app (like Radio Tuna), Music Player starts playing my songs in my playlists on THAT app. Any way to fix this in settings or somewhere?
