I just switched from the samsung charge to the HTC rezound. I used app list backup and my backup pro on the SD card. When I put the card in the new phone, it says neither file exists. I put the card in a card reader, and indeed the files are there. Suggestions? An error message does come up on the My backup that says to check the pathway. I am not a geek and have no clue how to fix that! Thanks in advance for your help!

Open mybackup>menu>options>backup location. Make sure that the directory specified there corresponds to where the backups are located on the sd card.
