Please Help

I have downloaded a ringtone from mydroidringtones.com on my Samsung Captivate. I cant figure out how to get it to be my actual ringtone. Can someone tell me how to accomplish this. I am new to this android smart phone thing and apparently its smarter than me!

I dont have a Samsung Captivate but it should be something like this Play the ringtone on your phone press the menu key from the menu select set as ringtone. Hope this helps Colin

You can also go to the market and download the app tonepicker, it will allow you to use any music on your phone as a ringtone or notification. Hope this helps.
