Help please help

Hi all
i have a samsung galaxy apollo and am trying to delete contacts from my sim card but its not leting me do this i have tried lots of apps to delete them for me and that also wont delete them
please please help me on how to do this

Have you tried going to contacts/menu/more/display options/sim, check the box for 'all contacts', then press 'done'.

Then press menu and choose delete/delete all.
