I Am unable to install Adobe Flash player on my Micromax A78 phone.please help me.I had tried flash player 11 also flash player 10.1 but it shown only "Not Install"erorr Also im unable to download applications from market So please Some one help me

try installing it againg and if it does'nt download the apk file from somewhere else and then install it.
there are plenty of them lying around. just google.
