please help

[Android Question]

I need help my Samsung galaxy prevail that used to be in service through boost mobile has locked me out due to forgetting my screen unlock pattern..i incorrectly entered it to many times it ask me for my Google account and password i entered it and it is correct but its says invalid username and or password...can anyone help?????

What I suggest you do, join Android Forums via the link in my sig file. Then check out this thread:

You really are going to need your Google address and password to get access to your device. Maybe double check which account the phone is signed in under and confirm that account's password. You can do all of that on your desktop PC.
