Help Please help

[Android Question]

I'm doing an application where in i have to choose pic from the gallery i use emulator .. my code is correct but i have this error of permission denial: reading com.blah blah. mediaprovider requires android permission read external storage or grantUriPermission..

i dont know how to fix..
