Please How to fix this Google thing

I use an Android 4.2 aka a Coolpad 7295 but Google keeps giving me this error
I have cleared cache
use automatic date and time
reboot phone
use Wi-Fi
and other things but it seems not not work

It's not surprising you're seeing error messages like that pop up, Jelly Bean is a very dated version. A lot of online services stop supporting access really old operating systems so as time goes by a lot of things involving online connectivity will just stop or will have only limited functionality.
But in the meantime, try going into your account settings in your online Google account and see if there are any options in Device Information that might extend your old Coolpad's background connectivity to your account:

Again, don't be surprised when other online services become more of a problem too, this is a pretty dated device running a really dated version of Android. Change your expectations accordingly, or look into upgrading to something new or at least newer.
