Okay. So i rooted my phone and flashed cyanogen to my lg motion and i hate it. I need help getting back to stock and unrooting my phone, Honestly its too much to handle.
I'm trying to follow a youtube tutorial but i dont feel like im doing it right.. :/
Scared i ruined my phone.

You can't "get back" to the unrooted phone, you replaced the firmware in the phone with Cyanogen. Now you have to find a stock ROM to flash to the phone. Ask around in LG forums.
