A few videos I recorded of my daughter look great when watching on the computer. But when I play them back in the photo gallery using the stock video player, or even Realplayer and MX Player, the video gets choppy. You can see minor stutters in the playback and if you play it back 5 times, it might occur in a different spot of the video each time.

Can anyone suggest a fix, weigh in on what this might be cause from or what I did/am doing wrong? It is frustrating. I do not notice this at all on videos that have been imported from being recorded on previous devices, playback of movies, etc. Thanks.

So let me get this straight you are watching recorded videos on your computer that you recorded on the device? They seem fine when watching them on the computer, yet when played on the phone they play back all choppy...

Hmm, have you tried performing a battery reboot by turning off the device, removing the battery, and turning it back on? Sometimes it fixes minor issues.

Yes, sorry I made that sound confusing. Videos that I recorded using my phone will play fine on the computer (ie. I posted it to facebook and when watching it on the computer in fb it was fine) but during playback on the phone using any of the players installed, it lags at points.

Thank you for the suggestion. I will try a battery reboot now.

That seems to have worked! Thanks!
