Hello! I think the app you're referring to that allows you to customize your face is Snapchat :)

Google Allo had a great opportunity to be an outstanding app, and didn't take advantage of that opportunity. It has a built-in Google assistant which is no more useful than the Google search bar... and for Allo to work, everyone else you talk with has to use it. It is NOT an SMS app... so after 3 or 4 conversations, I uninstalled it as useless.

The main benefit of Android is the sheer amount of customization you can do to your phone to make it unique.

Not an app but some added things to newer version of android, is the ability to add trusted locations and bluetooth devices. If you lock your phone with a password or PIN number (which is good to do) then every time you unlock your phone you have to input your password. With the trusted locations/devices settings you can add a saved location (like your home) and when you are home, you don't need to type in your password.
When you pair a new bluetooth device usually it will ask you in a notification if you want to add it as a trusted device. So when your bluetooth headphones are connected you don't need to type in your password.
if you want to know more, i'm sure google can help

I would recommend that you do this yourself. How? When and if you buy the device you can go to play store app and check out all the free apps one by one and install whatever you like. To be honest let's face it you are going to go to the play store eventually and search each app individually and see what's new or not so this might just be the best way to go heh. If you don't think so that's cool but I thought I should offer my 2 cents.
