pls help out in choosing... nexus 7 or apple ipad mini?

I am planning to buy a tab. My preferences are for internet browsing and easy sharing between devices, long battery life and reading ebooks. Plshelp,me out. Other suggestions r also welcome, my budget would be around 20,000 to 23,000.

I'm not sure how much that is American, but I have a Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 and love everything about it. If you wanted something smaller I would suggest the Galaxy Tab 7.
