Help plus sign on home screen missing. ??

I have an asus tf101.... I remember it having a plus sign on top right corner of home screen. It allowed me to view all screens and customize the screens. I guess I haven't used it in a while, but I noticed today that it is gone. Does anybody know if any of the updates moved it somewhere else? Thanks,
 
With ICS that was replaced with three dots or dashes top right (take your pick). Tap that and it will take you to your apps, scroll to the left to get to your widgets.
Make sure your on the home screen that you want to put the app or widget on.


And quit ignoring your TF or it will get mad!
