My poblano phone keeps freezing up & shutting down. It tells me ' processing system is not responding' please can someone help me fix this issue? Thank you

Is your storage on your phone filled up? Did this start happening after you installed an app? Have you tried restarting your phone? If you cant restart by holding down the power button, then 'If it won’t work, then long press the Power and Volume up button at the same time until the screen goes off. Afterward, use the power button again to turn it on.' Make sure that your SD card is working fine or not, if it's corrupted, If your SD card storage is full, or maybe if you store apps or games on your SD card. Have you rooted your phone? You may need to unroot/flash the stock rom or Odin 3.04. Maybe you can remove the battery and hold the power button for a few seconds after the battery has been removed, this should remove static energy (I think)

Tried everything except unroot/flash. What does that do & how do I do that? Thanks for replying so quickly.

If it is this phone, than don't be surprised if it doesn't perform too well since it's a very low spec device. It's mainly just for phone calls, messages, and emails. It's not really for installing many apps or playing games.
Go to your phone's settings and click on storage and post here the total available storage and how much is left. You can even post a screenshot of that if you'd like.

I use this phone for calls only. Everytime I'm on it for a couple of minutes it disconnects. I couldn't figure out why but then I finally did and it goes to airplane mode. Why? I called my bank and had to put my card number in and Everytime I looked at my card when I went to type the numbers it went to a screen I called from. Basically I had to go back tap the phone number wait for the dial screen to enter. It disconnected and guess why. Airplane mode. This is a bunch of crap
