Hello all, hoping for some help with podcast apps on the HAM2. the issue I am having is that the podcast app stops playing about five minutes after the screen is shut off. I've tried with both Doggcatcher and PocketCasts.
Under the Power Saving setting, I am using the normal setting and have made the podcast apps protected. This seems to make no difference at all, the podcast apps still stop playing after about five minutes after the screen is shut off.
Also, when I turn the screen back on, the podcast app is unresponsive and I am unable to start playing the audio again.
I've sent a message to Huawei support but got no response. Any help will be appreciated.
