Just wanted to throw a shout-out here and let everyone know of my Pool Care app! Since the summer is coming around, I figured it'd be a great idea to have something pool related. Well here it is: Pool Care v1.0.0! Now there are a couple of pool apps out there already, but this is different.
The key point in this app is that it can hold more than just one pool and it's test result data. This is great for pool owners, pool cleaners, pool business, etc. Basically, if you have a pool, you'll want this application on your Android phone! Test results can be viewed in graph form or list form so it makes it easy to track. Just set a default pool and start creating results! Also it makes it easier to have all these results on one device instead of on paper, scattered everywhere!
The test results it asks for are:pH, Chlorine, & Alkalinity the three major tests in all pools.
Note: This application does NOT test the water (as of yet ;D); results must be entered manually. There is an online guide as well as one built in to the app itself. F.A.Q. along with other information on this application can be found at Android Apps Zebdor Design. Leave a comment if you wish!
v1.0.0 is the first version of this app so any bug reports will be greatly appreciated!
I currently have a few updates in mind such as creating some feedback from the program to tell you how much of what chemical to add in the pool after the results are input. Also, I'm looking into ways to actually connect a device to the phone to test the water. Any ideas?
