Poor Call Quality - Phone 2

Im getting my second GS3 now. The call quality on mine has just been absolutely terrible. Dropped calls and calls breaking up are the norm, it reminds me of my cell phone about 10 years ago.

I was just wondering if anyone has ever experienced anything similar?

Nope. I would say my call quality is better than my iphone 4s from Verizon. You have 1 of three things happening: 1) you got 2 lemons in a row (not likely) or 2) you live in a terrible reception area or keep making calls from basements, elevators, mineshafts or 3) the people you are talking to have terrible phones/reception.

When i talk to my wife on her new Inc 4g and she holds the phone right (ie not pinned to her chin while she's doing her hair/make up) then the call sounds crystal clear. When i talk to some of my family on tmobile and they are in their usual bad reception area, it sounds like crap.

So make sure you are doing none of the 3 and then you might have received 2 lemons. Otherwise, the general concensus is that the SGS3 has amazing call quality and very high quality speakerphone/mic pieces.

The galaxy s3 i have is the best mobile phone i have ever had, The battery life, The call quality and the speaker sound. The reception is amazing, never had one problem and proberly will never
I would sugest taking the galaxy to the retailer you bought it from, Maybe they can repair it or swap it for another. I had the same problem with a sony erricson xperia and swapped the mobiles for me

not a single dropped call. You got a bad mobile my friend nothing to worry about
