Help Poor camera quality?

Am I missing something or is the DROID 4's camera not the hottest thing in the world? I always have noisy photos, and sometimes pretty blurry ones even when I'm holding the camera pretty still. Is it my settings?

You have to hold stock still while the camera focuses.
