Help poor video sound quality

i tried to recored a short clip at a concert and the video was good. the sound quality is poor. distored.i called a Sprint store that does repairs the rep for the store stated this is normal for this phone.i was told that i needed to buy a phone with dual mikes if i wanted to have decent sound quality. mine has not updaeted to ice cream sandwhich yet if that matters.

Mine is doing the same thing! Can't figure out why and I'm just recording stuff here at home with my daughter. Haven't taken it in to Sprint yet. I did the ICS update and it's been having problems like that since. UGH!

I did some research and have talked to a couple Sprint in store techs.they have all said the microphone is too sensitive and the recoreded sound becomes easily distorted.in otherwords crap product
