Pop-up problem, help please.

I have a problem with a pop up on my phone, it comes in from the side - it's not on my browser itself, it comes up on my home page, or in any app I am in. I have to click on this circle thing that comes into the side of my screen to open up the screenshot attached here, and click on the X to get rid of it.

I have scanned my phone with a few malware apps, I have searched through the applications on my phone and can't find anything wrong.

Help?

Hi, try going into to (SETTINGS) then look for Google apps and there look for connected apps then disconnect any apps or sites in the list you're not using. This applies to 6.0 and up versions but if earlier device look in app list for Google apps and do the same thing. Also remember if you have a launchers installed that has ads, your pop-ups could be generated from that source.

@bbqueer You've tried malware scanner so now try one for adware.
