Pop up screen problem

Does anyone recognize this screen?
it's an annoying pop up screen that comes up when I'm doing tasks on my phone, it's not a browser pop up, it'll I
come up when I'm going between apps or just using an app.
The screen lets you scroll through some of your apps in a circular swiping motion.
Can't figure out which app is causing this.
I'd appreciate any help it' really annoying to have to keep 'X' ing out of it. Thanks.

It looks like something from Clean Master. Do you have it installed?

No, don't have clean master installed.
Tried to think of recent apps installed, but can't figure it out.

I think it's something with ES File Explorer. I can't recall exactly what it's called but removing ES will get rid of it. There are other and less intrusive file management apps available.
