I've had these clickbaits popping up for about a month now. All of them have a title and the text 'click-now-on.me' at the end. I've tried several different virus/malware removal apps, but they still pop up. When I hold my finger on the notification 'about the app' appears and clicking it takes me to the google chrome app. I hoped that the latest chrome update would help but no. Please help.

Try clearing all Chrome data. Settings>Apps>Chrome>Storage>Clear Data.... or something close to that.
