Pop Ups while playing games

I have a HTC from AT&T and while playing Candy Crush (or any other game) I get interrupted about every 10 seconds asking me to download another game? Any idea how to stop that?
 
Often makers of free games will have in game popups for their other games. I know Candy Crush added some popup about puppies or something.
