Pop ups

My sons nexus 7 has constant pop ups some that are not approriate. How do we make them stop?
 
Run Addons Detector to find any apps allowing Push Notifications. Once installed, just press scan. Then when it's finished, press Addons. Change the filter at the top to Push Notifications and remove any apps in the provided list.

Airpush Detector works too,
