Help pop ups

My samsung Galaxy keeps bringing up pop up ads when I browse. I have tried a factory reset and installed anti adware but it makes no difference. The scans also dont detect threats. What else can I do

The simplest is to look in your browser settings for an option to block pop-ups. If your stock browser doesn't have this, just install one which does from the Play Store - many do offer this.
