Help Popping Sounds

When I use headset on my phone, and if I pause something (either a song or a video.) for a while. After a few seconds, I hear a popping sound (like when the headset is unplugged) and if I played it again, there would be another popping sound and it is much louder than the other one.

Have you tried restarting the phone. I couldn't find a MyPhone My21 manual but try holding in the power button and see if a list of options pops up. If it does choose Restart.

Some lower quality headphones could cause this to happen. Using better quality headsets is a safe bet.[emoji6] In my case, I would hear static sounds. It would feel like the static off those old bulky TV's when you touched the front screen.

Nope, I sold it. I had a new phone that came from a new phone company which is Firefly Mobile.

I'm using the headset that is provided with the phone.
