POPUP WARNING

I have a Samsung Galaxy S7, version 8.0.0, Oreo. Have the latest update. I keep getting a popup warning ever so often that I've never had happen before, (see image). I've cleared temp files, restarted phone several times, and more, etc. I haven't installed any new apps. Does anyone know what this process does, why I'm getting the warning, and how I can remedy the problem.

Do you have any type of cleaner installed?
Depending on your carrier it may have come with the phone

No. I don't have any cleaner installed. What do you mean by, "It may have come with the phone." Do you know what the process is and why is overloading the system?

"Device Maintenance" is a Samsung feature.

Supposed to be a cleaner and optimiser, although quite frankly I think it's really snake-oil, and is no better than Cheetah Mobile Clean Master.
Apparently Device Maintenance is actually Qihoo 360, which is another Chinese snake-oil app, similar to Clean Master.

The app it's complaining about is Google Now or Google Search isn't it, a system app that comes with the phone? I don't suppose there's anyway to disable this feature?
