Help Port/Flash Droid Razr to Boost Mobile

I have a Droid Razr that a friend gave to me. I factory data reset it and can't do anything on it now because there's no service. I have an LG Marquee Android on Boost Mobile and I was wanting to know if anybody here knows how to flash/clone/port this phone to Boost Mobile or could send me a link etc.
 
I'm talking about the Verizon model that is CDMA and GSM for the LTE. Isn't there a way to clone, use DFS tools etc to make it work on Boost's 3G. Verizon's 3G is CDMA and the CDMA Droid Razr accepts 1900Mhz PCS frequencies.
 
It's not gonna work unless Verizon gives you the codes to make it happen, which they won't.

You could always buy an unlocked gsm one if they even have it.
