Hi, I ask that you excuse my ignorance. I download a great many films from the internet onto my laptop. From there I load them onto a usb memory stick which I insert into the tv and then play the films.
I wanted a 500gb or 1T usb and purchased by mistake a 1T portable drive. I now realise that this will not perform as a usb.
I have a tv android box and have been told that I can load films onto the portable drive and connect this to the android box and watch films on my tv as I do with the usb.
My questions are can I connect portable drive through the portable drive and if so how. many thanks
