Hey, I tried to enable portable wifi hotspot on my s3, on the phone it shows that it's working but my computers can't detect the network. The problem isn't in the computers because if i use wifi hotspot on a s2 the pcs can find the network.
Usb tethering on the other hand works just fine, i can connect my phone to the computer and use the internet from my carrier.
The phone isn't rooted and it's running a stock 4.1.2 firmware.
Does anyone know what can be causing the problem?
