Help Portal updated to 2.1, adb problems

Hi, can anybody help me out regarding using adb to install livewallpapers, im having alot of trouble with this, installed adb correctly but it keeps saying device not found, even after installing correct drivers and putting into debug mode.

Thanks, that's the same way I finally managed to do it in the end. Samdroid is so much more useful than this forum. Even get a response from Leshak if you mail him, he told me exactly what I needed to do.
