porting number from Straight Talk to Metro

I've been trying to port my number for days now from ST to Metro.
I think it is ALMOST done.

My straight talk service will end 03/14.
I activated and ported new metro pcs phone on 03/01 by myself on the metro online.

NOW, both phones are working with same number.

ST phone can make call and receive. TXT also available.
HOWEVER new metro phone make only call. Not receive call and txt.
When I make a call with new metro phone to ST phone, I can see the same number on ST phone.

if somebody call me, old phone(ST) works. Metro doesn't respond.

Already talked to Metro agent on chatting line and service agent,
they did port my number yesterday.
Also said it may take 3 hours or 24 hours.

But it is already over 24 hours.

Do I just wait for? How long....?

NO..
I thought once metro port my number, straight talk service ends automatically.
also heard should port number before ending previous provider service.
But porting is not done yet.

My porting from metro to T-Mobile caused me some issues they turned me off on a Sunday before my sim cards even shipped then it took longer to get my sims because of the January storms followed by them sending me the wrong sized sim card which came a Friday evening which meant I wouldn't see a sim until wensday the following week. I had quite a few voice mails. They wanted to charge me from the day I signed up the 2nd of January to the day it was fully ported the 5th and I got my sim (the one that didn't fit) on the 10th so I talked to them and they took the extra charge off their logic was sound, you shouldn't have to pay for time you weren't even in service and the sim mishap they paid for two day for me but still took its time though. Lol off topic guess I am venting
