I use My back pro from Rerware, works great, backed up all apps from Moto Droid then put them Incredible !!

I use Listables! mostly for unpaid apps that I have as the paid ones will still be in the Market in my Downloads. Settings vary among phones so backing them up and restoring from one phone to another may be dangerous.

Depends on how you do it. If you've got root, then MyBackupPro backs up all the settings and the APKs and market links. Without root, it just backs up the APKs so when you re-install it's like a clean install of every app.
