Samsung has released what i believe to be a Rom on the Samsung website. How easy would it be to tweak and modify for Root? Downloading what Samsung has on their website right now to look at. It is a .exe though.

Is it a version of Kies? That's just the update software, which probably wouldn't open any doors for rooting until a firmware update is rolled out. At that point, you might be able to download the updated firmware and tweak it for root access.
