I average drinking a third jug, 10 oz, of this unflavored electrolyte every day. It works well to limit the leg cramps I use to get from riding my bike. I order four jugs at time and I just received my latest order this afternoon.
Ah I drunk like a l0t 0f Gat0rade f0r my leg cramp a few weeks ag0.

Electrolytes are great for hydration and preventing cramps. I don't drink anything sweet and I hate any sort of flavor. There are multiple options at my local grocer but they are all flavored. Obviously, most people want it flavored. The unflavored I buy has a slight salty taste about it.

I'm a knife person.
Getting ready for the cruise, I left my daily carry knife at home
3 days without one drove me nuts so I went to Walmart and picked up this cheap and cheerful Ozark Trail.
I'm good till Saturday morning.

I was without my knife the week we visited daughter #2 in California. It's a weird feeling to have an empty pocket. My father gave me my first folder for my sixth birthday and I've carried something since. I think most guys my age carried a knife.
I never thought about buying something and leaving it when I flew back.

A quick funny story... my buddy gifted me a credit card knife. I carried it in my billfold for a couple of years. One day, as I was tossing business cards and the like to make my billfold a bit more comfortable to carry, I tossed the card knife on my desk. My son was over that night and was intrigued with it so I told him to take it. Fast forward a couple of years. He and his wife were flying to Puerto Vallarta for a vacation but the TSA busted him with the credit card knife in his billfold. He had totally forgotten he had the dang thing. It's funny now.. but it wasn't a bit funny at the airport.

I bought ground barrier, border stones, and rock for a 22' X 5' flower garden for my wife's mother's day and birthday. I hope I'm done with it. I'm pooped. There is something about grunting the border stones across the yard and placing them that warmed me up to moving a ton of rocks fifty pounds at a time. :)

Still working on my main bike, I ordered, received, and installed a new wheel with a 1000w hub motor. The good news is the bike is fixed!

Today, my telescoping flag pole broke. I ordered new interlocking pieces to repair my flag pole. They fit inside the pole and allow the sections to be drawn out of the section below it and then locked into position.

As a secondary backup drive I grabbed an open box Seagate 2TB USB drive for $48. It won't be very fast, but I don't need that. I'll hammer it with some testing to be sure it's solid before I actually rely on it. ;)
