Power amp problem

Power Amp has always been the best music player app, but has anybody been facing problems with it recently? For some reason, the songs in the playlists keep disappearing...the playlists themselves remain, but it always says "0 songs." And now, since the last update, whenever I add a song to a playlist, the song gets added twice!

And another issue...whenever I tap the widget (4x2) on the homescreen after turning the phone on, Power Amp says "no track loaded"...this never used to happen before. The song and the album art show up in the widget, so I don't know why it doesn't load when I open the player.

Oh yeah and I can no longer change the album art by long-pressing on the image like I could before. What's going on here? Hope they fix this soon..

I haven't had any problems out of Power amp. Our cases might be a little, because I use folder and not so much playlists.

I can change album art with a long press. I have noticed that I can't do it from the lock screen widget, but i can from inside the main player.
 
I'm having the same problem with the playlist songs adding twice. New to Android so I don't have any idea what causes this. I uninstalled/reinstalled the app and made sure the "Don't add duplicates" option was checked but no luck.
