my boyfriend's s6 started to go into split screen view out of nowhere for about a good 10 minutes. then, out of no where his power button and folder button become unresponsive. the phone was a little hot when it happened so we let it cool off and the issue remained. we tried power+volume down to restart it and it restarted, but didnt fix the problem. any time i try to start it up in safe mode the screen that says "Samsung Galaxy S6" starts up over and over again. we really dont want to have to do a hard reset. any ideas?
