Power efficiency of AMOLED screens

I am doing some research with a professor of mine at the University of Arizona. The info I can't seem to get my hands on is how much energy different colored AMOLED pixels for cell phone screens use at one given time.

I have found a lot of information on lumens per watt and candelas per amp but those numbers are all related to candelas per meter squared, which is a much larger area than the per pixel I want to focus on.

If anyone could point me in the right direction as to where to ascertain this information I would be greatly appreciative

Perhaps you can email manufacturers of these screens and ask a few specific questions. I am sure they will talk to you. Or perhaps visit their sites and look for data sheets. Every manufacturer of components provide detailed info to engineers and designers.

I'll assume you or your professor can interpret the results and the technical data
