Hi, Just got a new LG K61 running Android 9. Just like an Android phone that I had several years ago (Android 5 as I recall), when I power it on or off, it makes a noise which is not only pointless, but drives me nuts! 
I know I can turn the volume down, but then I have been known to forget to turn it back up when I turn the phone back on. So, is there a setting to turn that feature off? Thanks!
