Powering on

Tell me that the Prime I received an hour ago is not powering on only because the battery is too low? LOL. I plugged it in, I see the tiny orange light, I depress it for 2 seconds and see it blink, but the tab doesn't power on.
 
when i got mine it would not power on. I plugged it in for a while then it fired right up.

BUT there are others who have issues with it not turning on and having to return it ..
